acac Club Collection (“the Shop,” “we,” or “us”) is operated by Legacy Management Group, Inc. — the same parent company that runs the acac fitness clubs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information from visitors to and customers of shop.acac.com.

• Order information: name, shipping and billing addresses, email, phone, payment information (processed securely through Shopify, never stored by us).
• Account information: if you create an account, we keep your email and saved order history.
