Processing time

Orders ship from acac within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping methods

• Standard (USPS Ground / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Expedited: 2–3 business days. Calculated at checkout.
• Club pickup:Free. Pick up your order at any acac fitness club. Select “Club Pickup” at checkout and choose your location. We'll email when it's ready (typically 1–2 business days).

Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. If you need delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or internationally, email shop@acac.com and we'll arrange a custom quote.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package goes missing in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement at no additional cost.
