Refunds & Returns

30-day window
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must have all tags attached.
How to return
Email shop@acac.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Drop the package with any carrier listed on the label. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order. This is faster than waiting for an exchange to process.
Defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
Final sale items
Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.
