Refunds & Returns

30-day window

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must have all tags attached.

How to return

1. Drop off at any acac club.Bring your item and order confirmation to the front desk at any of our 14 locations. We'll process the return and refund the original payment method.
2. Mail it back. Email shop@acac.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order. This is faster than waiting for an exchange to process.

Defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid replacement immediately — no need to return the original.

Final sale items

Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.
